Fresh, New World

So, I almost feel awkward sitting here typing this.. There is so much to share with the world, and yet I haven't a clue on where to start?
I suppose a nice point to begin would be this evening when a silly little Facebook photo comment changed everything. "JEWEL ARE YOU WEARING OVERALLS???? IF SO, THEN I LOVE YOU" Yes, I indeed was adorned it overalls (faded denim ones from Goodwill to be exact!) in the mentioned picture and I was laying on my back next to my best friend of a life time, Joanna LaQuerre, on a cement platform outside of some public bathrooms laughing my head off about something nearly meaningless.
This simple 11 worded, 57 charactered comment containing five symbols and composed entirely of capitalized letters led to a grand leap in the rough direction of a magnificent bloom of friendship.  The next thing I knew I was sitting in my bed, knees pulled up to my chest, Macbook Pro balanced hastily atop of them, fiercely typing away my entire life story to this individual.  Somewhere along the ragged route of betrayal, love, and laughter, which the two of us virtually traveled side-by-side, we must have fallen in a step closer than we prepared ourselves for because as the night receded into abyss and we bid one another a sound sleep, I was smashed into by a feeling so intense and raw that my breath caught within me.  The overwhelming sensation that is the formation of a bond between two forever friends swept across me at that moment.  Though I had only talked to her for a mere sliver of the day, there was no doubt in my mind that Odelia Kaly would be one of my most treasured acquaintances.
